Revised Terms and Conditions:

1. Rates and Additional Fees: Nightly rates are quoted in GBP and do not include additional service fees such as those for private chef, babysitter, taxes, or security deposit. The minimum stay requirement is two (2) nights. During the Holiday Season, minimum stay periods range from four (4) to seven (7) nights, depending on the specific holiday.

2. Reservation, Deposit & Final Payment: To secure your reservation, you must submit payment and agree to our Rental Policy and Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. After processing the booking, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email summarizing your booking details. The remaining 50% of the rental cost must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before the guest's arrival. Failure to make the final payment within this period will result in a full cancellation of the reservation.

3. Full Policy Acceptance: By securing your reservation, you acknowledge your acceptance of all terms and conditions. Reservations made within two weeks of the check-in date must be paid in full.

4. Payments: Payments can be made via direct deposit or wire bank transfer. For bank transfer details, kindly contact us directly.

5. Cancellations: Securing a reservation with the deposit implies acceptance of our Cancellation Policy. A full refund of accommodation fees is available for cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of booking. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to local check-in time (3:00 PM on the check-in day). If the cancellation conditions are not met, no refund will be provided. In case of early departure after check-in, the nightly rate for the unused nights will be non-refundable.

6. Deposit Requirements: Reservations made between two (2) months and one (1) year in advance require a 50% deposit immediately after booking, with the remaining 50% due thirty (30) days before check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events, including airline expenses, accommodation cancellations, accidents, illness, medical emergencies, evacuation, and theft. We are not liable for flight cancellations or any inconveniences caused by hurricanes, tropical storms, or other situations beyond our control.

7. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for Bahari View is eight (8) adults. Any increase in the number of guests must be communicated and approved by Management, with an additional nightly rate of GBP £60 per additional guest.

8. Liability: All guests are required to read and sign the Bahari View Waiver upon arrival. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the villa's facilities. Guests are solely responsible for their use of amenities and facilities, including swimming in the pool and sea. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety of children under eighteen (18) years old, who must be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

9. Arrivals/Departures: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. These times allow for sufficient preparation of the villa for guests' arrival. For early arrival or late departure requests, kindly inform us at least seven (7) days before your arrival date. If we can accommodate your request, we will advise accordingly. Failure to provide prior notice may result in an additional charge of USD $50 per hour after 11:00 AM.

10. Rental Use: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the villa. Full names of all guests must be provided, and waivers must be signed before arrival. Subleasing the villa for any reason is strictly prohibited.

11. House Rules: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or on the veranda. Guests will be provided with keys upon arrival, and a fee of USD $25 per key will be charged for any misplaced or lost keys. Swimming in the sea is at guests' own risk, and we advise following warning flags and designated areas. Guests should be cautious of strong currents, undertow, and adverse weather conditions. We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from beach activities or any other activity outside the villa.

12. Conservation: We encourage water conservation, especially as Discovery Bay experiences dry periods. Guests are also liable for any excessive electricity usage.
